- The room rates are inclusive of VAT 7%.
- All rates are subject to change without prior notice.
- All rates include maid cleaning service. Monthly rates cleaning 3 times per week. Weekly and Daily rates cleaning Daily. Bed sheets and towels changed.
- Rooms equipped with 32" LCD TV, 2-door no frost refrigerator, furniture, safety deposit box. (Weekly and Daily equipped with 21" TV).
- High efficiency air con., temp. adjustable water heater, automatic turn off ventilation fan.
- Free in-room WIFI.
- Free CNN & Star Movies.
- Electricity 6 Baht per unit, water 18 Baht per unit plus vat. No initial charges.
- Free electricity and water for weekly and daily rates.
- Security deposit required for monthly lease
- One-three months lease requires security deposit of 1 month.
- Four or more months lease requires security deposit of 2 months.
- Deposit must be paid when moving in.
- For the deposit, we accept many foreign currencies and return in the same currency; US Dollar, British Pound, Euro currency, Japanese Yen, Hongkong Dollar, Singapore Dollar. For more information, please contact us.
- Rent for the first month must be paid when move in.
- Rent for the following month must be paid no later than the 5th of such month.
